Early this morning, 74-year-old Paul Herz, who has dementia, left his residential care facility in Sonoma on foot. Herz rode the Sonoma County transit from Sonoma to downtown Santa Rosa where he was last seen at around 10:30 am.

Herz is described as a white male adult, 5'9" tall, 150 pounds with grey hair. He was last seen possibly wearing a blue denim button-up shirt, grey sweat pants with sandals.
