Sonoma County Public Notice FY 2019-2020 Action Plan Substantial Amendment

A Substantial Amendment to the Sonoma County Consolidated Plan 2019-2020 One Year Action Plan was approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 10, 2020. All of the projects included in the FY 2019-2020 One-Year Action Plan for federal CDBG, HOME and ESG funding address one or more of the specific objectives outlined in the 2015 Consolidated Plan and will benefit predominantly low- and moderate-income persons, or assist in the elimination of slums and blight. This amendment will enable addition of funds to respond to the impacts of COVID-19.
