Unlock These Secret $15 Wine Country Tastings

SONOMA, CA — Something special is popping in Sonoma Valley. Beginning Sunday, more than 50 wineries, restaurants, and hotels are offering $15 special tastings — an invitation to uncover hidden gems and taste world-class wines that even longtime locals might not know.

Guests can wander into participating tasting rooms — no reservation needed in most cases — or call ahead for a more curated experience, according to organizers. Mentioning "Sonoma Sips" is best practice in order to take advantage of the special invitation.

Wineries are being added daily, and the journey of curated tastings and new discoveries continues until the end, March 15.

Here’s how it works:

1. Choose a winery or tasting room from the list to visit between Feb. 15 and March 15.
2. Tell the tasting room host that you are there for the Sonoma Sips campaign.
3. The wine host will provide the offerings. Call ahead to ask about a curated options.
