Locals can catch blues artist Brother Yusef on Wednesday, June 3, and enjoy a full summer lineup of family-friendly performances and community events on the South Shore.

LTCC Hosts 2nd annual Coyote Country Steak Cookoff (southtahoenow.com) — Lake Tahoe Community College is inviting the community to its 2nd Annual Coyote Country Steak Cookoff this Saturday, June 6, on the South Lake Tahoe campus, with competitions, live music, and family activities. Search continues for man missing in Desolation Wilderness (recordcourier.com) — Search teams from multiple counties are still scouring Desolation Wilderness for 60-year-old Jason Coughran, last seen near Fallen Leaf Lake.
