These materials are recyclable through composting, mulching, and anaerobic digestion, which generates renewable energy and fuel. Since 2019 ALL commercial business and multi-family housing complexes (5 units or more) generating 4 cubic yards or more of commercial solid waste per week must arrange for organic waste recycling services.
