10am-2pm

Lynwood City Hall Annex Parking Lot

Available to anyone 12 years and older (12–17-year-olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)

Appointments are not required, and walk-ins are welcome. If you would like to make an appointment, you can do so at: https://myturn.ca.gov/
