COVID-19 cases are again rapidly increasing in Los Angeles County and hospitalizations have nearly doubled. Almost everyone who has been recently hospitalized with or has died from COVID-19 are unvaccinated.

Additionally, Los Angeles County has mandated masks be worn by everyone – vaccinated and unvaccinated – while indoors to slow the spread of COVID-19.

Think of getting vaccinated as a shared responsibility.

While almost 62% of Lynwood residents (16 years and older) have been vaccinated, we need to increase that figure because to keep our vulnerable and young residents safe. Remember, by being vaccinated, you not only protect yourself, but also your family and your community.
