A new study from CDC’s COVID-NET shows that unvaccinated people are 17 times more likely to be hospitalized with COVID-19 than people who are fully vaccinated. You can read the study here.

Each week more Lynwood residents are getting the vaccine and making our community safer. Over the past week, Lynwood has increased its vaccination rate nearly 65.8%. We’re making progress, but we are still lower than the Los Angeles County rate of 74.2%.
