
CARSON (CNS) - A county firefighter suffered minor burns putting out a two alarm at a factory that manufactures missile parts, a county fire inspector said.
Paramedics rushed the firefighter, along with one person who had been inside the factory, to a hospital, said Los Angeles County Fire Inspector Quvondo Johnson.
"The person in the building had a history when some medical issues. So we sent him to the hospital as a precaution,'' Johnson said.

Firefighters dispatched to Missile Grinding, 18314 S. Broadway at 5:48 a.m. had the fire out by 6:50 a.m., he said
A county fire dispatcher said firefighters were still at the scene, in the midst of an extensive overhaul.
