Police Arrest Four in Connection to Residential Burglary
Two adults and two juveniles were arrested in the span of three hours.

The South Gate Police Department (SGPD) arrested four suspects after a botched residential burglary at 10207 Walnut Avenue.
The SGPD says that witnesses reported that a group of male suspects were using a ladder to enter the second floor of a residence at around 3:28 p.m.

Officers were dispatched immediately after receiving the call.
“Upon our arrival we detained two suspects,” said the in charge for the night. “A third one ran.”

The SGPD set up a containment area and shortly after the third suspect was caught by a police canine. The suspect was apprehended with stolen earrings and a watch that belonged to the victim from the burglarized home.
A fourth suspect, that also allegedly took part in the robbery, was later spotted and arrested by an SGPD officer at 10300 block of Wright Road.
By 6:30 p.m. all four suspects were arrested in connection to the burglary and were positively identified by witnesses, according to the SGPD.
Two of the suspects are of adult age and from Los Angeles.
They have been identified as Leonard Clark, 18, and Travion Killum, 18.
The SGPD has identified the remaining suspects as two 17-year-old juveniles from Lynwood and Compton.
The names of arrested minors are not allowed to be released by law, according to police.
