The City of South Gate is now accepting applications for the Small Business Job Retention and Creation Grant program. Applications are now available on our website (please click here). We also have copies available in front of City Hall. The deadline to submit the application will be Thursday, May 28th at 5:00pm.

The grant will offer one-time $10,000 grants to help twenty small businesses retain staff and continue to provide quality services to its residents. The program is made possible with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), therefore businesses must meet all requirements to be eligible for the program.
