Massage is for the living.

You are the living nature of rebirth.

Rainy days and cooler temperatures make for great massage weather. It's during this time that nature rebirths itself preparing to spring forth with vibrant energy and transformation.
So too can a good therapeutic massage aid you in preparing yourself for change, providing you are ready for it. An aching tense body isn't just the result of stress, it is your reminder to rethink your routine in ways that bring about change.
A massage can slow you down and calm those congested nerves that are in override long enough for you to become proactive and move forward.
Massage is for the living.
The opioid receptors in the brain release endorphins that give us the feel good experience after a good massage. It can become addicting, and just like an antibiotic; too much of it and it will no longer become effective.

You can become an addict.

You end up telling your massage therapist what to do, instead of understanding your lifestyle with transformative goals.

And you thought the government was the only thing in shutdown mode. Feeling good is just being mortal. But thinking good, now that's the spiritual connection. Homeostasis extends beyond the flesh. It's when your doubts transform to trust, jealousy is replaced with appreciation. You want to learn and understand, verses criticize and make opinions. Its about connecting the dots for longevity verses dying every day with negativity. Massage is for the living. Be the believer, the proactive human, and look at you, how amazing your life is. Believe it or not, your massage therapist has knowledge you can benefit from. After all, she or he has been reading your body for the last hour or so.
Ready to rebirth and spring forth with extended life? Give your body and mind the knowledge it is meant to have to remain healthy. It's not just a rub, it's also a natural learning treatment for life.
