2nd Annual Inclusion Summit

Diversity & Inclusion
has come a long way from the affirmative action laws of the 1960’s. With the
U.S. Census Bureau projecting the workforce to continue to grow larger and more
diverse, it is less about diversity and affirmative action and more about
inclusiveness and having measurable results to make a strong business case for
programs and initiatives.

Creating a truly inclusive organization requires support from
the entire organization, including senior ranks. The best way to gain this
support from the organization is by presenting a strong business case for
Diversity & Inclusion. How are your Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
measuring up? Are your able to see and prove ROI in your employee and business
resource groups? Are you benchmarking? What metrics are you using to measure
the success and effectiveness of Diversity & Inclusion in your organization?

This year TMA’s 2nd Annual Inclusion Summit will focus on the
answers to these questions as practitioners and thought leaders share case
studies, best practices and frameworks on measuring and assessing the inclusion
journey and creating a strong business case for inclusion in your organization.
