CF 1213JG – 1987 28’ Bayliner Contessa

CF 6414EU – 1971 35’ Silver Queen

CF 6273 TF – 1968 45’ GMC

ALL PAYMENTS SHALL BE BY CASH OR CERTIFIED CHECK

A deposit of 10% of the sale price is due at the time of sale. The deposit will be refunded only if the prior owner satisfies the lien according to California laws.

After the D.M.V 10-day grace period has expired, the balance of the sale price and all tax liens on the vessel are due in full and the boat becomes the property of the buyer.

All vessels purchased at lien sale must be removed from the Harbor within 3 days of when the boat becomes
property of the buyer. If the vessel is not removed from the Harbor within 3 days, the buyer will be responsible for any costs the San Mateo County Harbor District incurs to have the boat removed or destroyed.

Vessels will not be allowed to return to any San Mateo County Harbor District facility, which includes Pillar Point Harbor and Oyster Point Marina, for 90 days after vacating the facility.

In order for the vessel to return to either facility, the vessel must be approved by the Harbor Master for operability and seaworthiness. Additional paperwork
and deposits will also be required.
