CHP Reporting Fatal Crash Involving Pedestrian on Hwy 101

The California Highway Patrol on Sunday morning is reporting a fatal collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian on U.S. Highway 101 near South San Francisco.

A Sig-alert has been issued due to the collision, which occurred south of the Sierra Point Parkway off-ramp.

The northbound lanes of the highway are closed at the Sierra Point Parkway off-ramp, according to the CHP.
