Cooling Trend Headed For South San Francisco: Forecast

Sunday should be the warmest day this weekend, according to NWS data.

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Planning your weekend? Get ready for a slight drop in temperatures around the Bay Area.

"Look for the cooling trend that began along the coast [Thursday] to spread inland [Friday] into Saturday as onshore flow increases," the National Weather Service said in their latest forecast discussion. "Breezy conditions will also persist into the weekend with temperatures at or slightly below seasonal averages heading into early next week."

Partly sunny, with a high near 67. Breezy, with a west wind 18 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph.

Mostly cloudy, with a low around 57. Breezy, with a west wind 18 to 28 mph, with gusts as high as 39 mph.
