(Burlingame, Calif., July 29, 2015) --- On August 22nd, from 11-11:45 am, Chef Pablo Estrada of Fattoria e Mare will host a special Market to Table cooking demonstration at the CUESA (Center for Urban Education and Sustainable Agriculture) Farmers Market, held at the Ferry Plaza in San Francisco.
The Market to Table cooking demonstration is free to the public and will highlight recipes that are both accessible to home cooks and highlight seasonal, local market ingredients from local farms.
“I’m very excited to participate in this program,” said Chef Estrada. “I hope with my restaurant and my food that I can aid CUESA’s mission of creating a food-loving community of people who appreciate sustainable ingredients and fresh, healthy cooking.”

Chef Estrada will be preparing a dish of sweet corn pudding with farro and will be offering tastes afterwards.
