Daly City House Fire Displaces 2
Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze at the two-story single family home. No one was hurt.

Firefighters in Daly City extinguished a fire burning inside a home Wednesday evening.
At 6:08 p.m. firefighters responded to a two-story single-family residence at 220 Accacia St. for reports of a fire, according to fire officials.

When firefighters arrived, they witnessed heavy smoke and fire coming from the front portion of the house. The fire had spread to the second floor and was threatening adjacent homes on both sides, fire officials said.
Utilizing hose lines, firefighters were able to put out the fire and no other homes were damaged.

Two occupants inside the home had self-evacuated before fire crews arrived. The two occupants required treatment by paramedics at the scene for smoke inhalation, according to fire officials.
The two were taken by ambulance to a hospital for evaluation. Fire officials remained on the scene for another two hours to make sure the fire was completely out, fire officials said.
There were no reports of any injuries.The fire displaced the home’s occupants and they made alternative living arrangements with relatives, according to fire officials.
Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.
