Date Night: Spanish Paella Party Cooking Class with Parties That Cook - August 14, 2015

Share a fun, hands-on evening cooking the flavorful food of Spain at our Parties That Cook cooking school.

Is there anything more festive than a tapas and paella party? In this Date Night hands-on cooking class you’ll be transported to the streets of Barcelona for tapas hopping after which we’ll move on to Valencia, the birthplace of paella. Parties That Cook will welcome you with a glass of sangria and teach you how to prepare our twist on the classic Tortilla Española. You’ll make Romesco sauce from scratch and understand how it goes with absolutely everything! Then we’ll fire up our paella in the traditional steel pan. Did you know that the secret ingredient to paella is the most expensive spice in the entire world? You’ll finish off this journey to Spain by creating a rich, thick chocolate sauce to dip your homemade churros! Bring a bottle of Spanish wine to share with the rest of the group.
Buen Provecho!
