The 23rd Annual Seniors on the Move Conference is the largest gathering of seniors in the Bay Area, hosted this year by San Mateo County Supervisor Adrienne J. Tissier and U.S. Congresswoman Jackie Speier.
Featured speaker is Dr. Preston Maring, who will hold a cooking demo with the Congresswoman Speier from 1:15 - 2PM. Attendees to this session will receive a fresh bag of produce so they can recreate the dishes they learned to cook during Dr. Maring's demonstration.
The event features a mini-Farmers Market outside in addition to many exhibits inside.
