Cake Decorating

This introduction to cake decorating will cover; frosting a cake, filling and using a pastry bag, making buttercream roses, leaves, shells and rosettes. Students are required to supply one 8 inch cake (any flavor) for decorating during the last class. A supply fee of $12.00 is payable to the instructor at the first class. Lisa Chan is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu.
