Kaiser Permanente South San Francisco is sponsoring a community outreach event to promote healthy living with an organization called FACE, which stands for Filipino American Care Experience.
The program will provide important information to the community in an effort to help them take control of their health. A physician and clinical volunteers will be there to educate the high risk population and give them solutions to bring about a healthier life style.
