
This class will be an introduction to decorating with buttercream
and learning how to fill and use a pastry bag. We will be creating a bear cupcake, a flower cupcake and through the use of candy, we will make decorative toppers. Because there will be no baking in this class, the instructor will provide the cupcakes.
A supply fee of $10.00 is payable to the instructor at the first class. Lisa Chan is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu and loves to bake.
