Four Area Bay Cities Ranked Among the 'Drunkest Cities' in California
Can you guess which Peninsula town is the slushiest?
Is your town slushed? Tipsy? Fall-on-its-can drunk? Well, a website claims to have narrowed down ”the 10 drunkest cities in California.”
According RoadSnacks.com, there’s a way to figure it out. At least, in theory.

The site based its findings on per capita figures for bars and pubs, wineries and liquor stores; each city’s “drunk related tweets” over the past week which included hashtags such as #drunk, #party, #cocktails, #beer and #wine; and the divorce rate because “when one or both partners in a marriage are alcoholics, that couple is three times more likely to divorce.”
Four Bay Area cities are on the 10 most drunk list (finger drumroll on the bar) are: Napa at No. 3, Oakland No. 7, Livermore No. 8 and San Mateo came in at No. 9.
