WHAT: EPIC Steak invites guests to attend their 8th annual High on the Hog, an afternoon of Pinot Noir tasting and gourmet eats, taking place Saturday, June 18 on the restaurant’s bayside patio. Located on the picturesque San Francisco waterfront, EPIC Steak provides a premier location for an afternoon of delicious food, good company, fun in the sun, and Pinot Noir. This year, EPIC Steak will host some notable Bay Area restaurants and barbeque masters to partake in the fun, offering succulent contributions at this not-to-be-missed event.
Running from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m., live music by local band The Henry Coopers will provide entertainment for guests throughout the afternoon. To complete the epicurean experience, Executive Chef Parke Ulrich, along with the other featured chefs, will prepare a decadent menu with a robust selection of accompaniments, the perfect pairing for Pinot.
Not only will guests enjoy exquisite food and wine, but they also will be helping a worthy cause. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the charity Guide Dogs for the Blind. Guests also will have the opportunity to donate to the cause at the event – and play with the puppies in training!
