Join Parties That Cook in our North Beach kitchen for a hands-on cooking class that will empower you to create an incredible holiday party featuring delicious appetizers from around the globe. We’ll start by making some delicious Crostini of Roquefort with Shallot-Cranberry Confit - colorful and seasonal! You’ll learn to prepare some of our most popular recipes including juicy Albondigas – Spanish Meatballs with Melted Manchego Centers, exotic Pomegranate Molasses Lamb Skewers with Mint Salsa - there are lots of holiday colors in all of these recipes and we’ll show you how to present them on platters like a food-styling pro! Your guests will clamor for more when you re-create the Crab Pot stickers with Sesame-Ginger Dipping Sauce - it is a winner. Of course you’ll round out this fabulous spread of holiday appetizers on a sweet note. We know the party is always in the kitchen, so bring a bottle of wine and a friend and come learn some new recipes and have fun!
