Man Killed in Gang Related Shooting in Half Moon Bay

A man in his 20s had been shot once after a confrontation in front of a residence with at least two suspects.

Deputies are investigating a gang related homicide that occurred in Half Moon Bay Saturday night, according to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office.

Around 8:30 p.m. Saturday deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of Oak Street to investigate reports of a shooting.

A man in his 20s had been shot once after a confrontation in front of a residence with at least two suspects. Paramedics were called to the scene, but the victim did not survive, according to deputies.
