Join Parties That Cook in our North Beach kitchen as we virtually stroll the Pont Neuf to create a meal inspired by the famous City of Light

Learn to make a dream-worthy meal that will make your guests want to come back for more when you re-create it at home. You’ll learn to prepare elegant Tartines with Dungeness Crab and Shrimp Salad and a velvety Pureed Butternut Squash and Apple Soup to begin the meal. The highlight of this Parisian-inspired menu will surely be the Parmesan and Herb-Crusted Filet Mignon with a Red Wine Reduction Sauce. Unveil the pièce de résistance – a dramatic Warm Chocolate Soufflé Cake with Salted Crème Caramel sprinkled with flaky fleur de sel. Bring a bottle of French wine to share with the group - this is a wine-worthy menu!
