Join us in our North Beach kitchen where you and your mom (or the favorite mother in your life) will be greeted with a Peach Bellini Cocktail to sip on while you go over the recipes with the Parties That Cook chef instructors. Then you’ll break into teams to prepare a variety of elegant and seasonal dishes for a brunch spread to enjoy. Recipes in this Mother’s Day cooking class include Chorizo and Potato Spanish Tortilla Bites, a decadent Smoked Salmon Benedict where you’ll learn to make the Hollandaise sauce from scratch, a Spring Ragout of Fava Beans, Peas and Asparagus, not to mention melt-in-your-mouth Mini Cinnamon Streusel Sour Cream Coffee Cake and Chocolate Cherry Charlotte with Soft Kirsch Cream.
