Palo Alto Medical Foundation to Open New Daly City Patient Care Center on September 21
PAMF Daly City Center will offer primary care, including pediatrics, family medicine and internal medicine, for children and adults.

On Monday, September 21, 2015, the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) will open a new Daly City Center for patient care. Located at 901 Campus Drive in Daly City, the new center will offer primary care, including pediatrics, family medicine and internal medicine, for both children and adults. In addition, specialists in the fields of neurology, general surgery, vascular surgery and cardiac electrophysiology will rotate through the center each week to provide enhanced patient access to specialty care. The Daly City Center will also offer laboratory services and, beginning November 1, state-of-the-art digital radiology.
“We are pleased to be able to serve the Daly City community with pediatric and adult primary care as well as select specialty services at this beautiful new center,” Brian Roach, M.D., PAMF regional president said.
The 11,700 square-foot center includes 23 exam rooms and two treatment rooms.

Both appointments and same day walk-in services (no appointment needed) for pediatric and adult primary care will be available.
PAMF Daly City Pediatric offices at 1500 Southgate Ave. and 1800 Sullivan Ave. will close at end of business on Friday, September 18, and the pediatricians from those clinics will relocate to the new center.
