Police Arrest Peninsula Men Suspected of Prowling in San Rafael
The men are David Diamond, 39, of Daly City, and Faunte Wolfe, 40, San Francisco.

San Rafael police arrested two men suspected of prowling at a residence Wednesday morning.
A homeowner on Devon Drive called police around 7 a.m. to report a suspicious person in the yard, Lt. Dan Fink said.

The suspect ran and fled in a vehicle when he was confronted by the homeowner, who described the vehicle to police, according to Fink.
Police located and stopped the vehicle on southbound U.S. Highway 101 just past the Manuel T. Freitas Parkway, Fink said.

Police detained the two occupants of the vehicle and determined that it had been reported stolen in Oakland, Fink said.
David Diamond, 39, of Daly City, and Faunte Wolfe, 40, of San Francisco were arrested for prowling, according to Fink.
Diamond also was arrested for grand theft auto, possession of stolen property and possession of burglary tools, Fink said.
Wolfe, who had a no-bail warrant out of San Francisco, was also arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, giving false information to a police officer and a probation violation warrant, Fink said.
Both men were booked in the Marin County Jail.
