Road Closed As Crews Battle Residential Fire On Peninsula

SAN BRUNO, CA — A residential fire in San Bruno led to a road closure Tuesday afternoon, according to fire officials.

The blaze was reported on the 500 block of Hensley Avenue, the San Bruno Fire Department said.

The stretch of road, Sylvan Avenue between El Camino Real and San Mateo Avenue, has since been reopened.

Crews from the South San Francisco Fire Department and Central County Firefighters assisted in fighting the blaze, according to officials.
