Sept 9 2017 at San Mateo County History Museum - San Mateo County History Museum will present Maestra Lourdes Morantes

The San Mateo County History Museum will present Maestra Lourdes Morantes, Casa CΓ­rculo Cultural’s art teacher, who will conduct a Paint Afternoon. During the workshop, participants will create a painting of a Catrina. These iconic Mexican cultural figures, representing death, are part of the Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) festival.

The workshop will take place September 9, 2017 from 1 to 4 p.m. and is designed for elementary and advanced participants.

There is a $20 fee for non-members, $15 for Museum members.
