South San Francisco - MTC Update & Survey

A message from SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO/ALAMEDA/OAKLAND

The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) will be conducting dual surveys – one of Clipper customers and one of people using cash and other alternatives to Clipper – starting on September 26 and potentially running through November 11.

Survey interviews will be conducted at the San Francisco Ferry Building and on vessels.

Interviewers will be wearing a safety vest with a clear pocket and identification with MTC’s logo.
