A search of her Milpitas home confirmed she was the owner of the New Spa and another Redwood City spa where a detective had been offered prostitution on July 22, the Aurora Spa at 1685 Broadway.

Two employees of the spas were also arrested -- 38-year-old Li Zheng at the New Spa and 44-year-old Winnie Tse at the Aurora Spa. They were cited for misdemeanor prostitution and have court dates in October, prosecutors said.
