Zoning and Budgets: City Council Preview

The city council will discuss two zoning issues and hear a mid-year financial report during its meeting Wednesday night.

• The council will hold a public hearing on transferring 418 Linden Avenue to the Downtown Core Land Use District with the intention to build a four-story, mixed use condominium project.
• The council will hear staff's report on the process for allowing drive-through coffee stand Caffino to relocate to another location even with the city's ban on new drive-throughs.
• The council will hear a mid-year financial report for 2011-2012.
