Sara Niemietz was beckoned to the stage, at the tender age of four, by the late, great, B.J. Thomas, and fortunately for the rest of us, she has remained centerstage ever since.
With over 33 million views on You Tube...Sara has a worldwide fan base and a multitude of solo albums including “Superman”, “twenty, twenty”, “Get Right”, “Travel Light”, “Fountain and Vine”, “By Request”, “Christmas Favorites” and “Push Play”. Sara’s recording of “Rolling In the Deep” garnered over 7 million views. She appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” as a featured artist and charted #14 on “Billboard Magazine’s” Next Big Sound.
Sara Niemietz has worked with Melissa Manchester, Richard Marx, B.J. Thomas, W.G. Snuffy Walden, Travis Cloer, Vince Martell and Robby Robinson just to name a few. Sara collaborated with Melissa Manchester, writing the song, “Feeling For You”, which debuted at #2 on the Smooth Jazz Chart, and catapulted the album “You Gotta Love Life” to a Top 20 spot on Billboard.
Sara’s scintillating vocals appear on movie soundtracks for “The Exorcism of Emily Rose”, “Teen Witch the Musical”, “The Uninvited”, “In the Key of Eli”, “Moondance Alexander”, “Polly World” and “Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper”. Her recording of “Turn! Turn! Turn!” appears on CBS’s “Under the Dome” and her rendition of “At Last” was heard for 8 weeks on ABC-TV to promote Season 5 of “Scandal”.
At the age of nine, Sara took the stage by storm at Chicago’s Goodman Theatre, and at age ten on Broadway in NYC, working alongside the legendary Carol Burnett, starring in “Hollywood Arms”, which led to her beloved performance of “I’m Always Chasing Rainbows” for a crowd of 50,000+ in Times Square and a reprise of the song on ABC-TV’s “The View”.
