Crash Downs Power Line on Laurel Canyon Boulevard
Laurel Canyon Boulevard was closed for hours while crews worked to clear a power pole downed by a two-car crash.
STUDIO CITY, CA - A two-vehicle crash in Studio City today resulted in a downed power line and blocked a main commuter street for several hours, authorities said.
The collision occurred about 2 a.m. on Laurel Canyon Boulevard at Maxwellton Road, said Los Angeles police Officer Liliana Preciado.
Laurel Canyon Boulevard was closed until shortly before 7 a.m. while crews worked to handle the problem, police said. The cause of the crash was under investigation.
