2 Arrests Made In Suisun City Homicide

Two Elk Grove men are accused in the Nov. 3, 2018 death of Armani Harper-Reed, 21, in the parking lot of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.

SUISUN CITY, CA β€” Two men were arrested Tuesday on suspicion of killing a 21-year-old Suisun City man in November, Suisun City police said. Derrick Dogan Jr., 36, and Alfie Broussard, 36, of Elk Grove, were arrested for the homicide of Armani Harper-Reed.

Reed was found dead from gunshot wounds in the parking lot of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen at 1210 Anderson Drive in Suisun City around 9:35 p.m. Nov. 3, 2017.

Two suspects fled in a dark color, late model Dodge Challenger, police Sgt. Jose Martinez said.

Task forces from the U.S. Marshals Service, the federal Drug Enforcement Administration, Solano County Sheriff's Office and Solano County District Attorney's Office helped apprehend the suspects, police said.
