Another Weekend Gunfire Incident Reported In Fairfield

On Friday, shots were fired at Fairfield High School parking lot. On Saturday, two teens were arrested for shooting crimes. [Breaking]

SOLANO COUNTY, CA – Gunshots were fired Friday night in the parking lot of Fairfield High School, police said.

The gunshots were first reported at 8:47 p.m. at the high school at 205 E. Atlantic Ave.

Occupants of a dark-colored 4-door vehicle shot at the occupants of another vehicle before both sped away, according to police.

No one was injured. Officers found bullet casings in the parking lot, police said.

Several callers told dispatchers that multiple shots were fired and that one vehicle collided with another either before or immediately after the shooting.

Police said a high school football scrimmage game occurred at the high school's football stadium earlier that evening. But the game was over and most of the spectators and players had left before the shooting.
