Fatality Reported In Solo-Vehicle Crash In Fairfield
North Texas Street was closed at the scene of the crash Thursday morning.
FAIRFIELD, CA — Fairfield police responded to a fatal solo-vehicle crash Thursday morning, according to a police dispatcher. The collision occurred on North Texas Street between Air Base Parkway and Alaska Avenue, police said in a traffic advisory sent at 5:52 a.m. Thursday.
At least one person died and others were injured.
North Texas would be closed for about four hours between Air Base Parkway and Alaska Avenue as the crash scene was investigated.

At 9:52 a.m., Fairfield police advised that the roadway had been reopened.
