Law & Order Week at PAL Doink Doink.

Teens ages 13-18 are invited to check out PAL starting at 3:30p.m. next week, when we bring back our popular Law & Order student court program. The week will kick off with mock simulations by taking fairy tales to trail. We will also utilize the PBS’s Kids Court curriculum to prepare for an intensive game of Court Case Taboo, before we bring the Supreme Court and our Constitutional Amendments to life by role playing the Supreme Court justices and deciding on real-life Supreme Court cases.
Court will be in session Monday through Thursday, June 27-30 starting at 3:30pm and adjourn at 5:00p.m. The week will wrap up with a PAL Court docket session. A PAL membership is required to attend.
The Fairfield PAL Program at the Matt Garcia Youth Center is open to Fairfield, Suisun, and Travis Students enrolled in grades seven through twelve. Memberships are $10 per year and can be purchased at the Fairfield community Center (1000 Webster Street) Mon-Thursday between 11:30-5:30pm. The PAL Center is located at 2195 Union Ave in Fairfield.

The Fairfield PAL program at the Matt Garcia Youth Center offers Fairfield, Suisun, and Travis teens a place to grow, learn, and build the skills they need today and in the future. The PAL Center offers teens a safe environment, supports working families and helps students achieve by giving them opportunities right now.
