Openings for six students who live in Suisun City or Fairfield. Great opportunity!

Solano County Library is recruiting six students living in Fairfield or Suisun City for full-ride scholarships for its Career Online High School. The successful program began in Vallejo in March with six students.

The Career Online High School is an accredited program in which adults earn their high school diploma and a certificate in one of eight career tracks. Scholarships are funded through a California State Library grant and matching funds from Fairfield-Suisun Friends of the Library.

To apply for the program and scholarship, students must be over 19 years-old and live in Fairfield or Suisun City. Other requirements include a commitment to study 10 hours each week and to register for a free library card.
