Summer 2015 Healthier Living Workshops Schedule

Vacaville (Tuesdays)

Free Healthier Living workshop to improve quality of life for anyone with a chronic health condition will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays, July 7 through August 11 at Creekside Mobile Home Park, 149 Aegean Way, Vacaville. Caregivers are welcome. To register, call the Area Agency on Aging Serving Napa and Solano at (707) 643-1797 ext. 314. Healthier Living is sponsored by Solano Public Health, Partners 4 Healthy, Solano with funding from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Vallejo (Wednesdays)

Free Healthier Living workshop to improve quality of life for anyone with a chronic health condition will be held from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesdays, July 15 through August 19 at Area Agency on Aging, 400 Contra Costa St., Vallejo.
