Senator Dodd: Designate a Driver and Save Lives

Last year more than 10,000 Americans died in crashes where the driver
was impaired. Whether it is alcohol, prescription or other drugs, do
the right thing and designate a sober driver.

With graduation season around the corner, it is imperative that we
take steps to make the roadway safe. It's one of the reasons I'm
sponsoring legislation to increase funding for the state's Designated
Driver program.
