A 26-year-old man was arrested late Monday night on suspicion of stealing another man’s bicycle at knifepoint in Fairfield, police said. David Daniels, a transient, was arrested following a robbery that occurred around 11:30 p.m. Monday in a parking lot in the 200 block of East Tabor Avenue, according to police.
