Trio Arrested, Accused Of Armed Hold-Up In Motel Parking Lot
BREAKING: A man told Fairfield police he was robbed at gunpoint Monday before noon on Central Way.
SOLANO COUNTY, CA – Officers arrested three people Monday afternoon in connection with an armed robbery, after a man reported that a female acquaintance and two other men robbed him at a Fairfield parking lot, according to police.
Just before noon, a man called police to tell them he had just been robbed in the parking lot of a motel in the 4300 block of Central Way, police said.
The man said he was with a female acquaintance when two men approached him. One of the two men then pointed a gun at the victim while the other struck him in the head, before taking his property, according to
police.

The two suspects and the female acquaintance then got into a silver car and drove toward the freeway.
After the responding officers broadcast a description of the suspects over the police radio, an officer quickly spotted the trio in a silver Acura traveling eastbound on Interstate Highway 80 near West Texas Street, police said.

When the suspects exited the highway at Travis Boulevard, the officers pulled them over.
Officers detained the trio and searched their car. Inside officers found the victim's property, along with a .40-caliber Kel-Tec pistol, the gun used in the robbery, according to police.
The suspects were identified as Fairfield resident Malik Britt, 24, San Mateo resident Celina Jackson, 23, and South San Francisco resident Ricardo Palakiko-Garcia, 25.
Britt and Jackson were arrested on suspicion of robbery and conspiracy, while Palakiko-Garcia was arrested on suspicion of robbery, conspiracy, assault with a firearm and illegal firearm possession, in addition to having a felony assault warrant out of San Mateo County, police said.
