77 Layoffs Announced As Temecula Claim Jumper Closing Nears
The local eatery sits off Interstate 15 on Rancho California Road.

TEMECULA, CA — Dozens of people will lose their jobs next month when the Temecula Claim Jumper restaurant closes its doors for the last time, records show. The eatery is slated to shut down on May 22, according to employment documents.
A WARN notice, which is required by the state in mass layoffs so that workers have a a 60-day notice before they lose their work, was filed on March 22.
The Press Enterprise reported that a company statement cited "natural least expiration"at the 11,200 square foot building in the 29000 block of Rancho California Road.

There are currently 39 locations of the franchise located across the United States, according to the company website.
