Bryan Cranston, 'Breaking Bad' Co-Star Reunite At Temecula's Swing Inn

TEMECULA, CA — On-screen foes and off-screen pals Bryan Cranston and Dean Norris reunited in Temecula Friday at Norris's newly purchased restaurant in Old Town Temecula. It was a "Breaking Bad" reunion that went viral.
The Norris family, longtime Temecula residents, recently purchased The Swing Inn Cafe, a long-standing fixture at the south entrance to Old Town Temecula.
Cranston wrote about the visit in a recent Instagram post shared by Norris and The Swing Inn Cafe.

"When you're in Southern California, between San Diego and Orange County, Swing Inn the cafe there in the sweet town of Temecula. You'll see a familiar face who happens to own the place!" Cranston wrote. "(It's) Nice to see that Hank doesn't hold a grudge against me @deanjnorris, " nodding to the pair's adversarial relationship in the "Breaking Bad" series.

Cranston is one of many who have dropped by to support the new restaurateurs, including locals who gave their thumbs up to the restaurant's food and atmosphere on TripAdvisor.com.

Reviews on the travel website mention the Swing Inn Cafe's friendly service, the huevos rancheros, homemade cinnamon rolls and specialty Micheladas and Bloody Mary beverages. The cafe boasts an outdoor, dog-friendly patio and friendly servers, according to reviewers.
The cafe was initially built in 1927 and was purchased by Norris and his wife, Anne Bridget Norris, for $6 million this fall, according to CoStar.com. Since then, the Norris family gussied up the staff with newly branded Swing Inn attire while the food and drinks have remained unchanged.
The Swing Inn Cafe is open from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday and 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and is located at 28676 Old Town Front Street.
Visitors have shared over Instagram that Norris is open to posing for pictures with guests if you spot him. Along with "Breaking Bad," Norris has appeared in "Terminator II," "Total Recall," "Under the Dome,” and “One Nation Under Al."
Cranston is among the first celebrities to share his visit to the Swing Inn. It was a reunion that sent fans of the award-winning series to comment on what Walt might look like had he never "broke bad."
