ANAHEIM, CA —The Disneyland Resort brings nighttime spectaculars for all guests this spring. Starting with the 50th anniversary of the Main Street Electrical Parade, the Disneyland Forever fireworks' 30th anniversary and a return to the World of Color at Disney California Adventure, it's more fun than ever to stay at the park late and see the lights and sights.

"Since Disneyland Resort reopened in April 2021, guests have been able to rediscover the wonders and magic of returning entertainment," a spokesperson for the park wrote in a recent release. Recently, the character interaction returned to "normal" at the parks to the delight of families who felt they were missing out on the one-on-one time with their favorite Disney characters.

The Main Street Electrical Parade surprised the audience on Wednesday this week with the synthesized music, thousands of colorful lights, and an equally colorful cast of dancers from Disney Live.

The official debut of the parade is Friday, and select merchandise like the Light Up Eliott, the Dragon popcorn holder and snail-styled drink holder, will be introduced to the masses.

"Don't worry if they sell out," a spokesperson advised Patch. "We will be selling the popcorn and drink holders all season while the parade is in play."

On the 50th anniversary of the Main Street Electrical Parade, Disney Live Entertainment is back at it, celebrating a theme of "togetherness." The concept is perpetuated with "it's a small world" themed gloats that make up the new grand finale sequence.
